Our research focuses on multiple dimensions of health informatics. We build software systems that are relevant to secured health data-sharing, machine learning models that evaluate climate factors against health & natural hazards, and medical imaging analysis including 3D reconstructions from scans.
We also work on developing explainable and trustworthy AI for health domains.
The current works include:
- Climatic analysis of infectious disease
- Ethical implications of cross-domain adaptations
- Reinforcement learning for tele-medicinal platforms
- Low-cost IoT for gait analysis
- Intelligent software systems for secured data sharing
- 3D reconstruction and bio-mechanical analysis using computer vision
- Medical image and signal processing
- Gen AI for Health Informatics
